Return Policy

15 days from date of purchase, excluding Installed Products, Electronic parts, Air Inflated Items and Special Order Items. All returns must have a "Return authorization number" issued by TC Pool Equipment Co. All returns that do not have an authorization number will be refused and purchaser will be responsible for all shipping charges.

All Returns are subject to a 10-20% order processing/and or restocking fee depending on the condition of the returned items.  Absolutely, NO returns on any special order or used products.  All products that have been installed by us will be covered under the manufacture's warranty.  Parts, 90 Days and Equipment 90 Days up to 3 years.  Please check with each manufacture for specific warranty information.

TC Pool Equipment customers have up to 15 days after receiving their shipment to return an item (Special order items as well as items that state "No Returns" on the product page are non-returnable). Although it is possible a 20% restocking fee will be applied & shipping charges not refunded if approved by our warehouse distributor or manufacturer.

Returns are processed in the order in which they are received (Please label accordingly with your Return Merchandise Authorization number to expedite this process) and allow 3-4 Business Days (not including weekends or holidays) for normal processing of all returns. Once a return has been processed, also allow up to 30 days to receive a credit or refund on your credit card billing statement, depending on your bank's or credit card's processes.

Listed below are the acceptable reasons for return and how each one is handled. Customers who want to return any item should read this carefully to avoid any confusion.

Incorrectly Ordered Item

We will gladly accept returns if the items:

  • Not an electrical part or item.
  • Were not Special ordered
  • Have not been installed
  • Are in its original manufacturer packaging
  • Are in New Resalable Condition within 15 days of purchase


On Credit Card order returns, you will have the option to receive either 100% in store credit or you can choose to receive a refund to your credit card with a subject to 10%-20% restocking fee depending on how your order was processed. Please understand that the cost of shipping will not be refunded.
